1. Professional Conduct

• Treat all participants with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times
• Engage in good faith — TRUVIXA is a space for genuine, focused professional peer dialogue
• Remember that your conversation partner is a verified senior professional who deserves the same respect you would expect in a professional setting

2. Prohibited Behaviors

The following are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Harassment or bullying — Any threatening, intimidating, or persistently abusive language or conduct
• Threats — Any language that implies or suggests harm, violence, or retaliation
• Hate speech or discrimination — Content that demeans or threatens individuals based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics
• Sexual harassment — Unwanted sexual advances, explicit content, or sexually inappropriate communication
• Spam or unsolicited promotion — Promotional messages, referrals, affiliate links, or marketing content
• Solicitation or sales pitches — Pitching products, services, investments, or business opportunities to other users
• Recruitment misuse — Using TRUVIXA to recruit users for employment, freelance work, or other engagements without express consent
• Doxxing or identity exposure — Sharing, attempting to identify, or exposing the personal identity, employer, contact information, or location of any user
• Impersonation or deception — Falsely representing your professional role, identity, qualifications, or organizational affiliation
• Illegal activity — Any content that facilitates, promotes, or constitutes unlawful conduct
• Sharing confidential information — Disclosing confidential employer information, trade secrets, proprietary data, regulated information, non-public financial information, material non-public information, or personal data about others without authorization
• Surveillance or data collection — Recording, screenshotting, or harvesting conversation content for any purpose outside the conversation
• Inappropriate content — Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable material

3. Responsible Use of Anonymity

• All users are identified within conversations by system-generated anonymous identifiers — this is a core feature of TRUVIXA
• You must not attempt to discover or reveal the identity of any other user
• Anonymity within the platform is not a license to behave in ways that would be unacceptable in a professional setting, and does not exempt you from these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, or applicable law
• Do not share your own personal identifying information (such as your full name, company, or contact details) in ways that could compromise your privacy or the integrity of the platform

4. Information Sharing Responsibility

• Do not share confidential employer information, trade secrets, proprietary business data, non-public financial information, or regulated information
• Do not share personal information about other individuals (colleagues, clients, employees) without authorization
• You are solely responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you are authorized to discuss it
• TRUVIXA is not a confidential legal, financial, medical, or advisory channel. Nothing shared here should be treated as professional advice of any kind

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Tap the menu icon in any conversation and select Report Conversation
• Select the reason that best describes the violation
• Submitting a report immediately ends the conversation for you
• Reports are reviewed by the TRUVIXA moderation team
• The reported user will not be notified that a report was filed

6. Enforcement

• TRUVIXA reserves the right to investigate any reported or suspected violation
• Enforcement actions may include a warning, temporary restriction, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination
• In serious cases, TRUVIXA may preserve evidence and cooperate with legal authorities or respond to legal requests
• Enforcement decisions are made at TRUVIXA's sole discretion
• We do not guarantee that all violations will be detected or actioned

7. Content & Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you send in conversations
• TRUVIXA does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content
• Conversations on TRUVIXA should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, mental health, employment, or any other professional advisory service
